Villa Suikerdiefje is located in a newly developed section of Villapark Fontein. Occasionally, construction activity in the surrounding area may be audible during the day - though this is neither structural nor predictable in advance. Most guests are out exploring during the day and never notice a thing.
In the spirit of transparency, we offer a 25% discount on the nightly rate, valid for bookings made before 31 December 2027.

How does the booking process work?
You book directly through this page. You'll receive a confirmation by email, and within a day you'll have access to everything you need via the guest guide — arrival instructions, local tips and all the information to help you prepare.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is before 11:00. Early arrival or a late flight? Get in touch — we're happy to see what we can arrange.
What is the minimum stay?
Five nights, year-round. During high season (February, July, August and December) we require a minimum of seven nights.
How does the guest surcharge work?
The nightly rate is based on 2 guests. For a third or fourth guest, we add €17.50 per person per night. This is calculated automatically in the booking form when you adjust the number of guests.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival receive a full refund of the deposit. Between 60 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total rental amount is refunded. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. The security deposit is returned in full in all cases.
How does the utility reconciliation work?
Water and energy are billed separately via a fixed contribution of €75 per week — so you know exactly what to expect. Within 48 hours of your departure, you'll receive a summary. Any remaining deposit balance is returned after that.
How fast is the wifi?
The villa has fibre internet. Fast enough to work remotely — video calls, large files, multiple devices at once.
Why a preference for children above 10?
The pool at Villa Suikerdiefje is not fenced. For safety reasons, the villa is not suitable for children under ten. Children aged ten and above are very welcome.
